Production Process

From the fermenters, the raw gas produced enters into the foam trap in which the foam is removed
There is a series of scrubbing systems into the gas is pushed using booster blower
The chain of scrubbing system includes pre water scrubber, Kmno4 scrubber with dosing facilities
In this system, water is used to wash CO₂ gas properly
After this, buffering is done of the raw gas in a vessel
The gas is then fed into the two stage CO₂ compressor in which it is compressed up to a desired pressure
Dual tower activated carbon filter is used to remove odor of the gas completely
The raw gas passes through high pressure precooler, dual tower CO₂ dryer, liquefaction system and then into nox removal tower
At the end, the liquid enters directly in the storage tank where it is stored for a particular period of time
